抗氧剂HK-22

【简介】 抗氧剂HK-22能够有效防止裂解汽油中不饱和烃的氧化和聚合，防止产生胶质，提高裂解汽油的稳定性。本助剂热稳定性好、抗水性强，在芳香族及脂肪族烃类中溶解，不含卤素和重金属元素。

【性质】 本助剂外观为棕黄色或黄色油状液体，呈碱性，对人体有刺激性和腐蚀性。其质量指标为：

【用途】 本助剂主要用于乙烯厂裂解汽油的抗氧以及炼油厂液体燃料油的抗氧，提高油料的稳定性。

注入量：一般添加浓度为20µg/g~100µg/g（以物料计）。可先添加100µg/g，运行数天后，逐渐减少至50µg/g，观察效果，确定最佳添加量。

注入点：添加部位需根据系统的抗氧要求，以保证助剂与工艺介质在进入设备时充分混合为准。

注入方式：本助剂可用柱塞计量泵均匀连续地加入系统。也可根据需要用溶剂稀释成一定浓度后使用。

【包装】本助剂采用衬塑铁桶或塑料桶包装，净重为170±0.5公斤。本助剂对氯丁橡胶、聚氯乙烯等高分子材料有溶胀作用；

【储运】本助剂低毒，运输时应防止日晒、雨淋及冲击，储存于干燥、阴凉及通风处，远离热源和火源。

 [Briefing] Antioxidant HK-22 can effectively prevent unsaturated hydrocarbon in cracked gasoline from oxidation and polymerization, produce no gel and enhance the stability of cracked gasoline. It is of good thermorstability and strong water-proof performance. It is dissoluble in arene and fatty hydrocarbon and has no halogen or heavy metals.

[Properties] HK-22 is a brown or yellow oil-like liquid, highly water-resistant, and its quality specification is as follows:

[Application ]HK-22 is of antioxidization performances for cracked gasoline in ethylene plants and for liquid fuel in refineries and therefore increases the stability for oil products.

HK-22 has swelling action to chloro-butyric rubber, polyvinyl fluoride and some high molecular materials.

Injection quantity: 20µg/g-100µg/g(medium basis). The normal injection volume is 100µg/g at the beginning and then gradually reduced to 50µg/g to observe the result for determining the final injection volume.

Injection position: Chose the point through which medium will go into the equipment and make sure that the agent and the medium can be mixed completely at the point.

Way of Injection: The additive must be continuously and evenly fed to the system with plunger pump, or diluted with solvent to a given concentration before use.

[Package] Barrels with plastic lining. Net weight: 170±0.5kg.

[Safety protection] HK-22 is low-toxic. Be away with sunlight, rain, fire and collision when transported. It is inflammable.
