压缩机阻聚剂HK-28

【简介】 压缩机阻聚剂HK-28是一种高效阻聚剂具有抗氧化作用，能减少、阻止和清除不饱和芳烃在痕量氧、光热、金属离子的作用下形成自由基及链增长形成的聚合物，对生成的少量聚合物起到分散清净作用，使聚合物分散在介质中流走，防止设备堵塞，同时它还具有钝化金属作用。

【性质】 本助剂外观为红色油状液体、呈碱性，对人体有刺激性。其质量指标为：

【用途】 本助剂主要用于乙烯装置压缩机以及压缩机设备系统的阻聚，延长压缩机运行寿命、确保乙烯装置正常生产。

注入量：注入量以压缩机进料量为基准，一般为2µg/g~10µg/g。建议先按10µg/g分别注入各段运行7天，使助剂中有效成份在压缩机表面形成一层保护膜、钝化金属离子，然后1段、2段、5段注入量降至4µg/g，3段和4段降至8µg/g，连续注入且各段分配合理。

注入点：为使助剂能随各段洗油泵注入各段压缩机，达到整个压缩系统的阻垢效果，应选择在裂解气压缩机洗油泵的入口管线上注入。

注入方式：本助剂可用柱塞计量泵均匀连续地加入系统，也可根据需要用汽油稀释成一定浓度的溶液后使用。

【包装】本助剂采用衬塑铁桶或塑料桶包装，净重为160±0.5公斤。

【储运】本助剂无毒、呈碱性、可燃，运输时应防止日晒、雨淋及冲击，储存于干燥、阴凉及通风处，远离热源和火源。

 [Briefing] Polymerization inhibitor for Compressor HK-28 is a high efficiency polymerization inhibitor. It has anti-oxidation effect and can prevent unsaturated hydrocarbon from forming free radical under the effect of trace oxygen, light-heat, metal ions and polymer caused by chain propagation. At the same time it can purify and disperse polymer, so the polymer can flow away with medium, which effectively prevents the system from blocking up. It also has the metal passivation performance.

 [Properties] The additive is a kind of maroon liquid in appearance. It has a stable property and is alkaline. Its quality accords with the following requirements:

[ Application ] HK-28 is mainly used to inhibit polymerization in ethylene compressor system.

Injection Point: In order to insuring polymerization-stopping result for whole compressor system, the agent should be pumped into every segment of the compressor by washing-oil pump. So the injection point should be on the inlet pipeline of washing-oil pump for cracked gas compressor.

Injection Volume: 2µg/g-10µg/g (feed basis).Usually 10µg/g should be injected for 7days so the effective content of the agent can form a layer of protective film that can passivate metal ions. Then the injection volume can be reduced to 8µg/g for 1st,2nd,3rd segments and 4µg/g for 4th and 5th segments.

Way of Injection: The additive may be continuously and evenly fed to the system with plunger pump, or diluted with gasoline to a given concentration before use.

[Package] Barrels with plastic lining or plastic barrels. Net weight 160±0.5kg.

[Storage and Transportation] HK-28 is no poison, basic capacity, flammable, should be away from fire and heat. No sunlight, rain or collision when transported.
