【简介】 黄油抑制剂HK-1312具有抗氧、阻聚、清净、分散和金属离子钝化等作用。本助剂有效抑制酸性气体吸收塔产生较多的黄油，避免塔器堵塞，保证酸性气体吸收效果和装置的正常运行，还可降低废碱排放液的COD指标，对工厂环保有利。

【性质】 本助剂外观为黄色或黄绿色液体，性能稳定，略呈碱性，对人体有刺激性。它能与水、胺液和碱液互溶，不含卤素和金属元素。其质量指标为：

【用途】本助剂主要用于乙烯装置中的碱洗塔。

注入量：一般添加浓度为30µg/g~150µg/g（以物料计）可先添加100µg/g，运行数天，然后逐渐减至50µg/g，观察效果，确定最佳添加量。

注入点：添加部位需根据系统的特点和要求确定，以保证助剂与工艺介质在进入系统时充分混合为准。

注入方式：本助剂可用柱塞计量泵均匀连续地加入系统，也可根据需要用水稀释成一定浓度的溶液后使用。

【包装】本助剂采用衬塑铁桶或塑料桶包装，净重为200±0.5公斤。

【储运】本助剂低毒，运输时应防止日晒、雨淋及冲击，储存于干燥、阴凉及通风处，远离热源和火源。

[Briefing] Yellow oil inhibitor HK-1312 is of the following effects: anti-oxidation, polymerization-stopping, cleanning, dispersion and metal ion passivation. It can effectively check excessive yellow oil produced by acid gas absorption tower, prevent towers from plugging, ensure the effect of acid gas absorption and maintain the stable operation of the plant. It can also reduce COD content in waste alkali discharge. It is dissoluble with water, amine and alkali, It contains no halogen and metal elements.

[Properties] The additive is a kind of yellow or green-yellow liquid in appearance. It has a stable property and is alkaline. Its quality accords with the following requirements:

[ Application ] HK-1312 can be used in amine-washing and alkali-washing processing for cracked products (MED, DEA, TEA, MDEA etc.)

Injection quantity: 30µg/g~150µg/g.(medium basis).The normal injection volume at the beginning is about 100µg/g and then gradually reduced to 50µg/g to observe the result for setting the final volume.

Injection position: Chose the point through which the medium will go into the equipment and where the agent can be mixed with the medium completely.

Way of Injection: The additive may be continuously and evenly fed to the system with plunger pump, or diluted with water to a given concentration before use.

[Storage and Transportation] HK-1312 is an acid property liquid with burning and corrosion effects on human body. It is low-toxic, flammable, non-explosive. It should be away from fire and heat when stored.
