【简介】C₃阻聚剂HK-17C具有阻聚性能好，抗水性强，热稳定性高等优点。能在芳香族及脂肪族类中溶解，不含卤素和重金属等元素。

【性质】本助剂外观为红色油状液体，呈碱性，对人体有刺激性，其质量标准为：

【用途】本助剂主要用于乙烯厂的脱丙烷塔和脱丁烷塔等阻聚抗垢。

注入量：生产现场试验或使用时，一般添加浓度为裂解气量的5～100µg/g（以产品计）。可先添加80µg/g，运行数天，然后逐渐减至30µg/g，观察效果，决定增减，确定最佳添加量；

注入点：需根据系统的结垢特点和抗垢要求确定，以保证助剂与工艺介质在进入设备时充分混合；

注入方式：本助剂可用柱塞计量泵均匀连续地加入系统，也可根据需要用溶剂稀释成一定浓 度的溶液后使用。

【包装】本助剂采用衬塑铁桶或塑料桶包装，净重为170公斤。

【安全防护】贮存于阴暗干燥处，勿靠近热源和火源。

[Briefing] C₃ polymerization inhibitor HK-17C have functions of anti-oxidation, polymerization inhibiting, dispersing and clearing, it can effectively inhibit formation of foulant during production and separation of ethylene. The additive is highly heat-stable and water-resistant, soluble in aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons, and contains no halogens or heavy metal elements.

[Properties] The additive is a red oily alkaline liquid, and has little irritating to human skin. Its quality specification is as follows:

[Application] The additive is mainly used for polymerization inhibiting and anti-fouling in depropanization system of ethylene plant.

Injection quantity: In industrial application, the addition is generally 20～60μg/g of the cracking gas (based on additive liquor). The addition is at first 80μg/g for several days, gradually reduced to 50μg/g and then optimally decided depending on the application effects.

Injection position: The feed point shall be decided upon the fouling features and anti-fouling requirement of the system so as to make the additive and the process medium completely mixed before entering the equipment. It is proposed to feed the additive from the feed pipeline of the depropanizor and the pipeline of the reboiler.

Way of Injection: The additive must be continuously and evenly fed to the system with plunger pump, or diluted with solvent to a given concentration before use.

[Package]  The additive is packed with plastic-lined iron barrel or plastic barrel with net weight 170kg, or based on user requirement.

[Safety protection] The additive is low-toxic, during transportation it shall be protected from direct sunshine, rain or collision, stored in dry and well-ventilated place, and kept from heat and fire.
