急冷水破乳剂HK-1412

【简介】急冷水破乳剂HK-1412是一种阳离子表面活性剂，含有N、P和S等元素，具有破乳、缓蚀和阻垢等作用。本助剂能有效破除水包油型乳化液，缩短油水分离时间，并能对设备起到缓蚀作用。它能与水混溶，且在较宽的pH值范围内有效。

【性质】本助剂外观为黄色或黄绿色液体，性能稳定，呈碱性。其质量指标为：

【用途】本助剂主要用于烯烃厂的急冷水和工艺水破乳。

生产现场试验或使用前，应进行本助剂与介质的相溶性试验；

注入量：生产现场试验或使用时，一般添加浓度为1～5µg/g（以急冷油水循环量为基准）。可先添加5µg/g，运行数天，然后减至2µg/g左右，观察效果，决定增减，确定最佳添加量；

注入点：需根据系统的特点和要求确定，以保证助剂与介质在进入设备时充分混合；

注入方式：本助剂可用柱塞计量泵连续均匀地加入系统，也可根据需要用水稀释成一定浓度的溶液后使用。

【包装】本助剂采用衬塑铁桶包装，净重为200±0.5公斤。

【安全防护】本助剂低毒，非易爆，冬季需贮存于室内，远离火源。

 [Briefing] Demulsifier for quench water HK-1412 is a cationic surfactant, It contains the elements of N, P and S. It plays functions of emulsion breaking, corrosion inhibition and anti-fouling. The present agent can destroy effectively oil-in-water emulsion and shorten the time to separate oil and water. Also, it plays a function of corrosion inhibition to the equipment. It can be mixed with water and be effective in a relative wide range of pH value.

[Properties] The additive is a kind of yellow or green-yellow liquid in appearance. It has a stable property and is alkaline. Its quality accords with the following requirements:

[Application] The additive is applicable for emulsion breaking of quench water and process water at ethylene plants.

 solubility of the present agent to the liquid be treated must be carried out before industrial application;

Injection quantity: The dosage is generally 1μg/g -5μg/g (based on cycling amount of quench water). The addition is at first 5μg/g for several days, gradually reduced to 2μg/g and then optimally decided depending on the observed effects.

Injection position: The added place is decided by the characteristics and the requirements of the system, and it should have a perfect mixing between the agent and the process medium before entering the system.  

Way of Injection: The additive may be continuously and evenly fed to the system with plunger pump, or diluted with water to a given concentration before use.

[Package] The present agent is packaged in a plastic-lined iron pail or a plastic pail. The net weight is 200 kg.

[Safety] This present agent is low-toxic, non-blastic, it must stored in room during winter time, and away from heat and fire.
