急冷油塔抗垢剂 HK-17C

【简介】急冷油塔抗垢剂HK-17CQ具有抗氧、阻聚、清净和分散等作用，能有效抑止急冷油塔的聚合结垢。该助剂热稳定性强，抗水性好，在芳香族及脂肪族烃类中溶解，不含卤素和重金属元素。

【性质】HK-17CQ外观为红色液体，呈碱性，抗水性强，对人体有刺激性，其质量指标为：

【用途】本助剂主要用于乙烯装置急冷油塔的阻聚抗垢。

注入量：工业应用时，一般添加浓度为裂解汽油回流量的10～80μg/g（以助剂原液计），建议先按80μg/g添加运行48h，再将添加量调整到60μg/g，以便让助剂当中的有效成份在设备表面形成一层保护膜，钝化金属离子，杀死活性中心。直到急冷油塔工况恢复至正常范围，再将添加量降至50μg/g。观察效果，决定增减，确定最佳添加量；

注入点：选择在急冷油塔汽油回流线和/或第一层填料和第二层填料之间，因为助剂添加在此处可以自上而下流经整个急冷油塔，达到整个急冷油系统的分散清净和/或阻聚抗垢效果。

注入方式：本助剂可用柱塞计量泵均匀连续地加入系统，也可根据需要用溶剂稀释成一定浓 度的溶液后使用。

【包装】本助剂采用衬塑铁桶或塑料桶包装，净重为170±0.5公斤。

【安全防护】本助剂低毒，运输时应防止日晒雨淋及撞击，贮存于干燥阴凉通风处，远离热源和火源。

[Briefing] Quenching oil tower anti-foulant HK-17CQ have functions of anti-oxidation, polymerization inhibiting, dispersing and clearing, it can effectively inhibit quenching oil tower fouling. The additive is highly heat-stable and water-resistant, soluble in aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons, and contains no halogens or heavy metal elements.

[Properties] HK-17CQ is a red alkaline liquid, highly water-resistant, and its quality specification is as follows:

[Application] The additive is mainly used for polymerization inhibiting and anti-fouling in quench oil tower of ethylene plant.

Injection quantity: In industrial application, the dosage is generally 10～80μg/g reflux of cracking gasoline (based on additive liquor). It is proposed to run for 48 hours at addition of 80μg/g and then adjust the addition to 60μg/g in an effect to make the active ingredients of the additive form a protective film over the equipment surface to deactivate the metal ions and kill the active centers. After the quenching oil tower is restored to range of normal working conditions, the dosage is reduced to 50μg/g and then optimal addition is decided depending on the observed effects.

Injection position:The additive shall be fed from the gasoline reflux line and/or between the first and the second layer of packing of the quench oil column, because from there the additive will downwards pass through the entire quench oil column and render the dispersing-clearing and/or inhibition effect to the entire quench oil system.

Way of Injection: The additive may be continuously and evenly fed to the system with plunger pump, or diluted with solvent to a given concentration before use.

[Package] The additive is packed with plastic-lined iron barrel or plastic barrel with net weight 170kg.

[Safety protection] This additive is low-toxic, during transportation it shall be protected from direct sunshine, rain or collision, stored in dry and well-ventilated place, and kept from heat and fire.
